Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

United States shipping

• Standard shipping: $8 for orders under $75.

• Free Standard shipping: Orders of $75 or more.

• Express shipping: $15 where available.

Shipping rates and available methods are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping service, and carrier. Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Shipping issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or appears lost, contact admin@vialpeak.com with your order number.

Product storage

VialPeak storage and travel accessories do not replace manufacturer storage instructions for medications or other temperature-sensitive products. Always follow the applicable product's storage requirements.
